Apricot - Adults only

The room was reasonably clean, and the amenities were pretty good. The parking arrangement is what made me uncomfortable: they asked me to leave my keys at reception, which I did, but soon after checking in I got concerned about my car and went to retrieve them. There was a license plate cover on the car that I hadn't left there because I was worried it might scratch it. On top of that, the door I'd locked after entering was unlocked later, so anyone could have opened it. The woman at the front desk provided much worse service than I've had at other hotels. I didn't feel safe staying here, and I won't come back.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and they have washlets and plenty of amenities. Breakfast is complimentary, though it may only be offered to guests with reservations. You leave your car keys with the hotel. The front desk team is very friendly, although the service can be a little rough at some times or on some days. They also offer free drinks, cosplay outfits, shampoo, bath salts, and other things at reception. The VOD service is unusual, but the choices are limited.

I called the desk to borrow something, and the man who answered didn't seem keen to help. The woman at reception was overbearing and had a poor attitude. The staff in general were unfriendly, so I won't use this place again.

It's a shame, since this hotel is relatively clean for the area and I used to count on it. I won't stay there again, though. The parking space is tight, and they ask guests to leave their keys at the desk in case staff need to move a car after the guest has gone to their room. While my car was being moved, the staff member responsible took some belongings from inside it. A few of the things were worth quite a bit, but after looking into it I got them back. The hotel handled the response well, and it was easy to identify who was responsible.
