It's a great hotel, just two stations from Hiroshima city. Platform 5 usually has the train for here, and Kaitaichi is the last stop. When you get off, turn right and walk through the bicycle parking area. There's a 7-Eleven in the same building as the hotel, and it's only about a three-minute walk from Kaita station.
Everything I wanted to visit was close by. The shops and station were nearby, and I really enjoyed staying here.
The city was close, and my room was clean. A good hotel.

I stayed here for work, and the other reviews seemed right to me. The desks are roomy enough for a laptop and a meal, even in the smoking room. The station-front location is handy, with lots of restaurants you can walk to, but the cleaning felt rather sloppy.
