We picked this place for one night because it was good value and close to the airport. Check-in was late, but the receptionist was quick, helpful, and nice. Our room was clean and quiet, with a fridge, TV, hairdryer, and good air conditioning. The bed felt soft to me, though otherwise it was fine. It’s about a ten-minute walk to the metro. There’s hot water in the lobby for making soup, and you can heat food there too. We also appreciated being able to leave our bags after checkout while we went to see Yokohama. I was satisfied and would recommend it.

There was nobody at reception until 7am, which was the worst part of the stay. If I could rate it zero, I would. Avoid this hotel if you don’t want a terrible experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The staff were really good. They helped with my huge bags at check-in, and there are several breakfast options depending on how much you want to eat over the next few days. The woman serving breakfast was very nice too. My room was a comfortable size for one person and very clean, though the walls showed some wear. The bathroom was clean as well, just a bit old. The short shower curtain lets the floor get really wet and blows around easily when the fan is on. It’s 15-17 minutes from Haneda Airport. With lots of luggage, driving or taking an Uber seems easier than the 30-minute train ride.

Thanks to the male staff member, who was very friendly and helpful. The woman working the morning shift on 11/11/2025 was quite unfriendly and seemed almost like she hated her job. That felt very different from the usually welcoming and friendly Japanese service.

They were helpful with our luggage transfer and booked the transport we needed. The staff were accommodating, and they kept our room tidy. It’s a really clean place with good service and a nice location. There’s laundry, a dryer, and a microwave, and reception can change bills into coins. Give it a try on your next visit around Yokohoma! ✌️
