The room was alright, but cold air came in under the door because the corridor is open concrete. It could also get noisy at night as guests checked in. Still, getting to the station was very convenient.

A typically small room, but the service and cleanliness were good. It's near the railway station, and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was medium quality, and there are a lot of rules. The breakfast buffet was okay, though the food was salty. The ladies cooking worked hard to make it decent, and I appreciate that. The laundry machine in the hotel is useful. I gave two stars for service because I felt we were treated unfairly over the room cleaning arrangement. At check-in, nobody explained that skipping room cleaning during the stay could earn a discount or other benefit, or that we had to choose it then. When we later said we'd be fine without cleaning in exchange for some benefit, they told us it had to be selected at check-in. The night staff were nicer than the morning staff.

The location worked well for me, with a five-minute walk to hiroshima station, and the streetcar construction didn't affect my stay. There's a 711 just behind the hotel and a very cheap vending machine outside. I didn't use things like the public bath, but my room was clean and comfortable, and quiet even though it was beside the elevator. Reception staff were always polite and helpful. I'd stay again.
