A little old, but clean, and the staff are really friendly. I didn't have time to try the onsen, which was a shame.

The outside looks a little old, but inside it's kept clean. For a reasonable price, the service was perfect. On arrival you can choose a welcome drink: juice in a paper carton, water, or coffee. The coin laundry is free to use, and there's also a sauna and a large public bath. The bath stays open until around 2am, so you can still use it after a late night out drinking.

I came here to support my daughter. The building isn't new, but the room was clean, well cared for, and comfortable. There's a large public bath, sauna, coin laundry, and welcome drink. With breakfast included, I think it's good value. Hofu Station is a bit of a walk away, but that was fine for me. I'd use this hotel again when I visit Hofu.

[Hotel Sun Hofu, Hofu City, Yamaguchi Prefecture] This hotel is in Hofu City, close to the station, and has ample free parking. The service was excellent, and the rooms were spacious for a business hotel. Guests can use the large communal bath and sauna twice for free. At 5,400 yen including breakfast, it was a bargain. I requested a high-floor room when booking and was given the top floor.
