At around 1 AM on May 22, 2026, I called the front desk from my room. A male staff member said, “I can’t hear you, you idiot,” then hung up. I found the whole thing extremely unpleasant. I’ve never had an experience like that before, and I’m very disappointed. I think that staff member should be fired.

I stayed here again after quite a while. I’ve always liked the place, but this time the facilities seemed old, or perhaps poorly maintained. The room guide receipt machine had run out of paper, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the in-room payment machine wouldn’t take my credit card, so I had to go to the front desk. The room itself was clean and fine. There may not be meal service, but for a short stay the room is spacious and very comfortable.

I stayed overnight on my first visit, a Thursday after 9 PM. Before going in, I checked the website and understood that membership card benefits were available starting that day. But after I called for a card and they brought it to my room, I was told I couldn’t use it that night. The website information was false. It’s cheap, but I can’t rely on them. I’m very disappointed, won’t return, and will tell my local friends too.

The website listed day use at 6000 yen. I went in, ordered two soft drinks, and the bill was nearly 10,000 yen. This hotel is a rip-off, so watch out. The owner replied that I should contact them through the website or by phone if I had questions about the pricing. I did send a message through the website two weeks ago, but they ignored it. Everyone, be careful not to get scammed!
