Bell is a great guesthouse to use as a base for time in Osaka, Kyoto, or Nara. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very cordial and accommodating. I’d highly recommend staying at Bell.

A great place, and it feels like home.

For the price, it’s very good. The room is simple, clean, and has what you need. The mattress is a little firm, and you can see the wooden bed frame, but that’s fine for a few days.

For two adults, it came to about 10,000 yen for two nights. The owner was welcoming and friendly, so I felt at ease. It’s an apartment rather than a new building, but the room was clean and had a handmade feel.
