CVS Bay Hotel New Building

The room wasn't big, but that was expected. It and the toilets were clean and smelled nice, and you could pick up amenities in the lobby. The front desk staff were kind and helpful even though my Japanese was limited and broken. They kept our luggage before check-in, so my family could spend the day at disney, and helped me get started with the self-service check-in and check-out. Breakfast was decent, and having the station and Lawson nearby was a real plus. I liked the self-service setup too, since it meant less conversation when I didn't understand the language. I'd definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again for a Tokyo Disney trip. It was the most affordable nearby option we found, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast each day had enough choices to fill us both up. The hotel is right by the train line, about two stops and 10-15 minutes from Disney.

For Disney trips, the location works really well, and Lawson is there whenever you need it. I keep using this hotel when I go to Disneyland. Free breakfast is included, with a choice of its restaurants.

It's a basic hotel outside Tokyo, in an industrial area near Disney. The area is quiet with little traffic. The hotel is also quiet, close to the train station and a convenience store, and has two restaurants on site.
