The room was dirty overall, and my children were sneezing and had runny noses. The cupboards were covered in black fingerprints, there was dust on top of the refrigerator, and the shower nozzle was unusual and broken, with hot water leaking from behind it. The overall design of the inn had changed in a way that made it hard to use. I stayed for a week, and I've never before had to wash the towels, foot mats, and sheets myself. There were enough dishes and utensils for four people, but you'd need more for a larger group. The rice cooker had no measuring cup, so judging the amount of water by eye was difficult. There was no peeler, only one pot, and a dull knife, which made cooking inconvenient. Some condiments had been left by the previous guest, so it's better to buy your own. It's a detached house with a poor view, surrounded by private homes and apartments. The guidelines they send are mostly in English. I couldn't read them, and when I asked where to park, they asked whether I'd read the guidelines. I could have read them if they were in Japanese. The only part I think was written in Japanese was the instruction about where to find the key in case of a police incident if you're too noisy. For the same price, I'd probably choose somewhere else.
