Aqua Garden Ragdoll

We spent a night here as a couple in our twenties, without meals. The road up to the hotel is quite difficult, but the landlady was very kind. Wi-Fi, a microwave, and a kettle were available, and the in-room open-air bath was just the right temperature. We especially appreciated that they provided makeup remover and lotion. We'd be happy to stay again.

I came by during a solo motorcycle trip, and the hot spring and open-air bath in my room were just what I needed for my tired body. It was my first time staying somewhere without meals, but the landlady was so friendly and welcoming. It was very quiet and relaxing, and I'd definitely like to visit again.

The front desk and dining service felt mechanical and cold, which was disappointing. The room also lacked a washlet and internet. The food was professionally prepared, seasoned, and presented, with spiny lobster, simmered golden-eyed snapper, steak, and duck ham appetizers for dinner. The open-air rock bath attached to the room was wonderful. We could see the ocean, mountains, and green trees spread out in front of us, and soaking in the hot spring under a starry sky at night was a real treat.

The food was excellent, and the innkeeper went out of their way to adjust the menu for our many likes and dislikes. We were very satisfied. The bath had an amazing ocean and mountain view, so we went in several times. It really felt like an Izu hot spring stay. It's a bit far from the station, but the trip there has an Izu feel and the scenery makes the distance enjoyable. The building is like a chic pension.
