I had enough room as a solo traveler, and the room was fine, though the bathroom felt small. The best part was the location: close to Shibuya station but away from the crowds and noise. Staff were friendly, and having to leave my key whenever I went out was a little odd, but no big deal. I'd book here again.

The location made this stay: we could walk to Shibuya Station, Shibuya Crossing, Cat Street, shops, and restaurants. We even walked about an hour and a half to the Emporer's Palace, with stops at three temples and a park on the way. Rooms are basic and small, but clean and comfortable, with the things you need like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and razors. There’s coffee in the lobby in the morning and bottled water in the evening. I’d recommend it.
Sakura fleur aoyama made it possible for me to keep staying in my favorite part of Tokyo, which was starting to feel too expensive. It’s the cheapest hotel I’ve found in Shibuya, and I’d happily return. The staff are lovely and helpful, and handing in the key whenever I leave is easy since someone is always there. The rooms are a good size, with cute, grandma-style decor. The station is nearby: it takes me eight minutes to reach the Ginza line tracks and twelve to the Yamanote line. Getting to the hotel means stairs over a pedestrian bridge, unless you take a small detour. There are good konbini and places to eat close by.
I liked the free bottles of water and the offer of extra sanitary products. This is a quaint little hotel with friendly staff and a room that was practical and had what I needed. The location is handy for walking into Shibuya. You leave your key at reception when going out, and there’s always someone there to give it back when you return.
We had a motorized wheelchair, and although there are steps to the lobby, staff are available around the clock and were very helpful. When I lost the key to my luggage, they directed me to a nearby replacement shop, Mister Minute. The room was kept very clean and was fine for two, though a little small for a family. I loved the cozy feel and all the cat decorations, which gave the place a quirky, cat-loving-grandma vibe you don’t get at a typical chain. It’s also near Shibuya Station and well priced.
