Hotel Harvest Ito

The hotel is right by the beach, making it a great break from the city, and we'd love to come back in winter. It has onsens, an indoor pool, a buffet, and even a ping pong room. The Japanese style blends traditional features with modern updates, using earthy colors and textured designs. Shimoyamasan at the front desk was very helpful, spoke fluent English, and showed us how to get a significant discount.

It's in a very convenient spot by the beach, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and they serve nice seafood dishes. This is the third oldest Harvest hotel and works well for kids, with an indoor pool. Some rooms were made more spacious and fitted with baths after renovations. A few facilities still need work, though. The network system doesn't work well, and the elevators are old and slow.

There's plenty to do inside the hotel if the weather turns rainy, since it feels like a whole complex with everything under one roof. The room was large, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast is very Japanese, with few European options. A good stay overall.

The staff were very friendly, and check-in went smoothly. I liked the onsen, outdoor bath, pool, and buffet breakfast. There's enough covered parking, and the Japanese style rooms have tatami floors. The view from the 10th floor is beautiful.
