Both meals were excellent, and there was even a quick bite available after 9 PM. I especially liked having two lounges, one for regular guests and another for premium guests. They were quiet and clean, and the service was great. I stayed in a premium room with a private onsen, and the whole hotel was lovely and extremely clean. The public and private onsens made it even more relaxing. I wish I’d booked several nights. I’ll definitely come back. To me, it really felt like a five-star hotel.

The food and service were both fantastic, and the lobby and grounds looked incredible. All the rooms face the sea, and they even have a happy hour with free drinks and snacks. Definitely one of the better hotels. I’d recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to IZU. Everything was just perfect!

The room was spacious, with relaxing decor, and the scenery was phenomenal. There are several points of interest within walking distance. Dinner, breakfast, and refreshments were included and delicious. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended!

A lot of care goes into this onsen hotel. You get amazing value for what you pay, and the dinner is served kaiseki style, with good-quality ingredients and clear skill in the cooking. I’ll recommend it to more people.

The staff even helped deliver the things I’d forgotten in the bathroom to our next hotel. At dinner, the hotel also replaced sashimi with cooked fish for my parents, since they don’t eat raw food. We loved the onsen. It has two areas: Manten no Yu is beautiful during the day, while Gekko no Yu is nice to visit at night. Their names give you a hint about when to go. :P This trip definitely makes me want to try kamenoi hotels on future visits. Thanks for giving my family such a lovely memory.
