A lovely spot to get away from the stress of city life. They were really kind about accommodating my allergies for every meal, and tattoos were allowed in the public onsen. We chose a room with its own bath so nobody else would feel uncomfortable. I liked being able to borrow yukatas, and they even had some out so you could check the size first. Hope I can stay here again ^^

We wanted a quiet family onsen stay with good food, and with our two teenage kids, the two-room family room worked well. It had two double beds, two futons, and a massage chair. The first-floor onsen was a decent size, though the one upstairs felt a bit tight when more than one group was using it. That's why I gave four stars instead of five. The meals were excellent and nicely presented. Dining times were staggered and the room was spaced out, so meals felt relaxed. We also enjoyed the inner garden, which is lit at night and can be seen from the lounge. Free drinks are served there, including wine from 7pm to 11pm.

We ended up stranded here without meals. They wouldn't reply to our emails or let us buy food. I've never had an experience like that in any country I've traveled to, Japan included.
