The owner made us feel right at home, and even disposable toothbrushes were provided. We stayed for two nights and three days, cooking some meals and eating out for others. Having both options was great. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a living and dining area, a deck, and two bedrooms. One had two beds; the other had three Japanese-style floor futons. I chose the futons and slept great. There’s no loud music allowed, but that was fine with us. We kept our music low and had a lovely family getaway. There’s a store about 10 minutes downhill, not uphill, though it’s a tough walk if you’re not fit. It has everything, and the owner speaks English. I’d definitely return.
