It was comfortable and convenient, but having to pay for parking was the downside.

I was in Itoman for something and stayed here one night. The smell hit me as soon as I went in to check in. It was awful, maybe something from the air conditioner, or just the age of the whole inn. It seemed to have soaked in and was hard to put up with. The elevator smelled better, and the room was okay. A few hours after checkout, I realized I'd left my shampoo in the bathroom and called. They said it showed up on the security cameras, but the staff couldn't find it. I had the thought that maybe someone working there had taken it, lol. They did handle things well, though. The shampoo had cost 5,500 yen, and they refunded the full amount. I had to go back to the hotel to get the refund in person, but I appreciated that they made it right. I hope they can deal with the smell.

The reception staff are always helpful, and check-in is available until midnight, so arriving at the last minute is fine. I've stayed here often, in both room types. The double has plenty of space, while the twin felt a bit tight, especially if you're traveling with a suitcase or lots of souvenirs. There's a supermarket nearby, and it's a cheap, convenient place if you don't mind the washing machine and bathroom air conditioner, which might bother people who are particular about cleanliness. Since it's in a bar district, it can be a little noisy. If you like going out for drinks, though, the location is great.

The in-room washer came in handy during four hot nights, especially when we needed to do laundry unexpectedly. There was no detergent, so I bought some at Daiso. Bring little packets if you plan to wash clothes. The microwave was useful for reheating bento and other food from the nearby MaxValu, and the air conditioning was already running when we arrived. I wasn't happy to find some dried, hardened liquid left in the fridge by a previous guest. Still, the stay was generally satisfying. This annex is a valuable find in southern Okinawa, where there aren't many hotels. You check in at the main building, get a key, then use it to unlock the elevator on the first floor before heading to your room. Mine was a twin, though I don't know if they're all twins. We stayed four nights and switched beds every two days, haha. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave.
