The tatami were comfortable, and I was glad to find both shampoo and conditioner in the shared bathroom. We got in very late at Kansai airport, but reaching the place was simple: two stops on the Nankai line, then a 5-10 minute walk from Izumisano station. The room was spotless and check-in was easy. It isn't very soundproof, but it's a cozy, convenient place and amazing value. Thank you.
Great water pressure, and the room was comfortable and clean. I stayed here at the end of my trip, and being so close to the airport made it easy to settle in and wrap things up. The price was very reasonable too.
Being close to the airport and grocery stores was really convenient. We had a late flight and needed to leave our luggage until the evening, and the owner kindly helped us without any trouble. ABC GUESTHOUSE is a cozy, pleasant place, and everything worked out perfectly. We hope he remembers us. He was so understanding and kind. We’d gladly return when we’re in Osaka again, and wish him all the best!
We loved how comfortable the blankets were. We had a room to ourselves, with the bathroom and kitchen shared with the room next door. Check-in was easy, and the place worked out great for our one-night stay before an early flight. It's close to the train station and just two stops from the airport.
Orange County hostel kindly found a place for my sister and me at short notice after this fell through. I booked ABC Guesthouse last minute in May 2023 after missing a flight, but they didn't send the key or access code in time for my arrival that night. They still charged me, and when I asked for a refund, the company sent me to the booking site, which also avoided taking responsibility. I never got my money back. ABC Guesthouse was unhelpful and the communication was inadequate. A bad experience, and I don't recommend it.
