R Hotel Kansai Airport

I’m really happy I chose this hotel. It was just one night, but the experience was very good, and the room and bedding were clean and comfortable. My flight arrived at Kansai Airport around 10pm. I’d already told the hotel I’d be checking in late, and it was a breeze: just long-press the intercom.

We needed somewhere near the airport for after our flight and before heading into Osaka center, and this was perfect. The rooms were lovely and warm, small and basic but ideal. I’d definitely come back.

The reception ladies were friendly and could communicate in English, so check-in was quick and smooth. The room was compact, very clean and well maintained. The shower was comfortable, with easy temperature control, and the large TV was a nice touch. A pleasant, comfortable stay.

I stayed one night before an early flight, and it was excellent value. The location is great, a short walk from the station, with a drugstore, konbini and lots of dining options nearby. The hotel and room felt new, with all the necessary amenities and more. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were welcoming. The room felt a bit small even with just one medium trolley, but I was travelling solo, so it wasn’t an issue. Another trolley might have made it hard to move around. I loved the place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
