The rooms felt cramped because they weren’t very big. Breakfast had limited options for us, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. We’re just not used to having fish and similar things in the morning. Parking was off-site.

The room had the look of a typical business hotel, but it was comfortable. We rented a car, which made getting to the nearby ski resorts easy, and the hotel had arrangements with nearby parking facilities, so parking was handled well even at a busy time. I stayed over a major Japanese holiday weekend and was glad I booked. For peak season, the price seemed very reasonable and worth it. The service was great, too: the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I’d happily stay again.

I booked at the last minute and got a smoking room. It was spacious for the price, but cleanliness could’ve been better. The comforter and walls were somewhat dirty, and there was hair left in the bathroom. The hotel’s affiliated parking lots cost 700 yen a night when we stayed.

I’ve stayed here before, but this was my first time in a smoking room. I don’t mind being assigned one, but why was it so filthy? I was pretty confused. Another reviewer mentioned a different smoking room with the same problem three months ago. The hotel replied, but from what I can see, nothing was done.

The town was lovely to explore, and this clean hotel had a great location. The staff and amenities were great too. Breakfast was dope.
