The breakfast was a letdown too: cold, tough fish and sticky, clumped rice. It was the worst breakfast I’ve had at an APA Hotel. The room and service were about what I’d expect from a regular APA, and the shower curtain had the same bad smell I’ve noticed at other APA hotels. Noise was the big problem. A highway runs right outside, and during the worst hours loud motorcycles, like motorcycle gangs, went past about every 10 minutes even with the window fully shut. I’ve attached two videos for reference. The hotel knows about the noise but could only apologize. At minimum, I think they should provide earplugs. Hello APA HQ, please do something! Getting there was awkward too. It’s about a five-minute walk from Kadoma-shi Station, the last monorail stop from Itami Airport, but the roads are complicated. I can’t recommend this place at all unless loud motorcycles don’t bother you. It’s the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

This was my first trip to Japan, and picking this hotel worked out so well. The people here are friendly and helpful, and the service was impeccable. I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back, as long as I can stay at the same hotel. 😌

The location and reasonable price made this good quality hotel an easy choice. It’s close to the train station and Panasonic musium 😀. My room was cozy, with a clean, modern bathroom, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was great.

It’s been a long time since my last stay at an APA Hotel, and the room facilities were much better than I remembered. The equipment and supplies were great, and I was especially pleased to see such a large TV. My impression of APA has changed quite a bit, in a good way. I’ll stay at an APA Hotel again.

We couldn’t sleep at all. The room TV powered itself on twice while we were asleep, at 00:00 and again at 03:00. Please make sure alarms set by previous guests are cleared. I expected to get some rest, but this completely ruined it.
