Hotel Livemax Osaka Kadoma

The front desk helped make check-in and checkout smooth, and the customer service was very nice. When I left, one of the ladies even helped prepare my things for pickup by the kudo neko company and filled out the paperwork because I couldn’t do it myself. The location was great, about five minutes from the nearest train station. I stayed here with colleagues for training because it was the only place available near where we needed to be. Everything seemed good until I found our room was on a smoking floor. It smelled awful, including in the room, so we slept with the window open. That was my only real downside. There were no other rooms available because of the expo, and we needed to keep within everyone’s budget. I hated that I couldn’t book a nonsmoking room. Would I stay here again? Yes, but not on a smoking floor.

Small room, but it was enough for one person for one night. The shopping complex is only about five minutes away, and the location is excellent.

The staff were very supportive and the amenities were good. The hotel itself is good, though the bedside area felt quite small. There weren’t any water bottles in the room, and staff later suggested getting one from the convenience store next door.

The rooms felt cramped, and there isn’t much to do around the area.
