Disgusting and smelly bathroom, with caked urine and toothpaste on the mirror. Stay away.

The location felt a little awkward. It’s away from the tram station, though the bus stop is closer.

We stayed for two nights during the holidays. The room was good value and had a view of Sakurajima, and getting to the Sakurajima ferry was easy. The coin laundry was decent. Convenience stores were a bit of a walk, so we went to Gusto for breakfast, just three minutes away. The parking lot costs extra and isn’t very large.

We only stayed one night as a family. The room was spacious, with wooden flooring. Although we checked in late, they had set out our futons and warmed the room, which we appreciated. There was no bath in our room, so we used the communal one instead. It was old but clean, and the price was reasonable. Being in the city made sightseeing convenient, and I’d stay here again.

The private public bath was comfortable, and the room was clean. The step up to the flooring is quite high, so watch your footing going up and down.
