The rooms were clean, and extra amenities were available near the front desk. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, and everything was fine. I’d choose it again. This is a great budget option close to the Kagoshima Ferry, the Shinkansen, and the local city tram. There’s a parking lot and convenience store attached to the property. They also offer support in English, Chinese, and Korean.

The sheets seemed okay, but the rooms and bathrooms were dusty and plainly dirty. The cleanliness standard felt lower than at other hotels in the same price range.

We spent three days in Kagoshima and found this to be a very nice hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, and the price was good for the service we received.

The rooms were really bad and poorly cleaned. The bathrooms and toilets were very old and filthy. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The reception area looks nice, the room size and layout are fine, and the price was good. One issue was the shower, where I couldn’t adjust the water temperature to make it hot or cold. There was no way to control the room temperature either, so I was stuck with whatever temperature it was. The eighth-floor hallway smelled like a smoker’s club. The room itself wasn’t strongly smoky, but there was a little of that smell. My package also didn’t include room cleaning.
