Ocean Hotel adult only - former Kagoshima Intelligence

That katsu curry was really good. The pork was surprisingly thick, like something from a proper restaurant, and even though the menu said pork loin, it seemed more like tenderloin to me. I also need to apologize. I was drinking in my room, got drunk, and was rushing to get home. I put something hot on the table, and somehow the restaurant’s blue glass ended up in my bag. I’m the one who took it. I’ll definitely bring it back next time. I’m so sorry. (^_^;) (T_T)

When I left my phone in the room, they initially refused to give it back. I was really upset, and only after I threatened to call the police did they hurriedly return it. I can’t help wondering if they were dragging their feet on purpose to get back at me. Other people have mentioned it too, but the woman at the front desk had an unbelievably bad attitude.

The hotel itself was clean, and breakfast service was great. I was disappointed, though, that the toilet disinfectant had run out. I’d also registered online as a member but didn’t get a discount. I wish the online service and the front desk were more consistent.

The staff were polite and really kind, and the price was very reasonable. I was impressed by how clean the room was, right into every corner. It was my first stay at this kind of hotel, and I’d definitely come back.
