The price was reasonable, the place was clean, and the location worked well for nearby trips. Check-in went smoothly after I completed the pre check-in, which I'd recommend doing. But there was a loud, constant vibration through the floor or ceiling that gave us headaches every day and sometimes carried on around midnight. It wasn't ordinary noise from other guests and it kept disturbing our sleep. I reported it to the host through Booking chat and got only an apology two days later. I followed up three more times over the next few days, but nothing was done. In Japan I expected the host to at least look into it, given the usual quiet and care standards. After a week without help, I wouldn't stay here again.

Having a mini apartment after a run of tiny hotel rooms was such a welcome change. It was spacious, very clean, and close to the station, right behind the bus terminal, yet really quiet. I received plenty of self check-in details in advance, the information folder was helpful, and staff replied quickly to messages. They provided body soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing detergent, a fresh sponge, and towels. The pillows were quite high, and it would've been a nice extra to have basics like soy sauce.

It took us about 30 minutes to get into the building because we weren't used to automated gates and I couldn't remember where the entry codes had been sent. I finally found the code in my email. There were only two of us, but the place could fit four. It was very clean, and I especially liked the tub and hot water. The shower and toilet were separate, and the toilet had a standard bidet. There weren't any cabinets to hang our clothes. The bus terminal is very close, which was another plus.

The virtual check-in was a little confusing the first time, but it worked out. The room was great, large, and basically a studio apartment with a kitchen, washing machine, big bath area, and entry.
