Kami no Yu Onsen made for a really peaceful break. The natural surroundings added to the calm, and I could switch off and unwind in the onsen after a long day. The water temperature was just right for soaking. Everything was clean and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I'd happily come back, and recommend it to anyone after a traditional onsen stay with good service.

There are baths at different temperatures, so you can enjoy trying them out. The water contains radium, though I don't know what that means for your health. The temperature was good, and after a long soak they had a cold drink ready outside the changing room, which helped me recover from how draining the bath was. It's 5kilos from Kofu station, and the large free parking lot makes it easier to come by car. You can also just drop in for a bath.

We were exhausted by the time we reached the hotel on the 8th day of our trip. A soak in the onsen brought our energy back. The onsen here is super.

The hot spring here is so good, I love this place. I'd recommend renting the private bath for 50minutes.
