The breakfast upstairs on the top level was the highlight. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. Don’t believe the old reviews, this place was absolutely amazing. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Kanazawa.

I was there on a business trip and found it a very nice hotel. The mattress was firm but comfortable, and while the curtains weren’t completely opaque, they were wide enough to block unwanted light. Sound insulation from the corridor could have been better. The staff were pleasant, and they even put my country’s flag on display in the reception hall during my stay.

Our room was huge, cozy, well equipped, and very comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was lovely too. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

The breakfast buffet had a great range of different foods. The rooms were so big and spacious that we could unpack our luggage without squeezing things in. Honestly, this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

Breakfast on the 12th floor was delicious, with a lovely view. Our room was huge, and the hotel sits right by the castle, with the historic and scenic areas easy to reach on foot. Had a perfect stay, highly recommend it!
