Restoring in Kanazawa KAISEN

The manager gave us a thorough introduction, and we had a lovely three days. The TV had YouTube, so we watched together while eating. It became a really memorable trip. Three of us stayed for two nights on our graduation trip. The inn was clean and well stocked with amenities. With cooking utensils available, we made our own meals, and having a convenience store, supermarket, and bus stop nearby made things easy. We were comfortable throughout. Thank you.

The raised tatami area and big table worked brilliantly, and the L-shaped kitchen made it easy to cook and chat together. There was even a sink by the entrance for anglers, and the large cypress bath smelled wonderful. The bedding was so comfortable I slept more soundly than at home, which surprised me. It was our first private lodging stay, on a memorable beach trip with four friends we’ve known for 40 years. It felt like living in Kanazawa. Coming back each time was exciting, like returning to a wonderful, proud home we all share. The place seemed designed with guests in mind.

I only used the refrigerator this time, but the kitchen and earthen floor area have cooking utensils and seem suited to all sorts of uses. The interior is tasteful, the cleaning thorough, and the amenities are hotel quality. There’s plenty of private space, much more than you’d get in a hotel. It was just right for me this trip, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone I know heading to Kanazawa. I was curious to try a whole-house rental after previously staying at a business hotel near Kanazawa Station. This place is close to the Nishi Chaya District and my favorite Ninja Temple, yet tucked into a quiet residential area with no overtourism feel. It’s a hidden gem in a perfect location. Nine of us stayed at Kaisen for a school trip, and our two nights and three days were wonderful. The inn was clean, with plenty of kitchen amenities that we all used. The beds and futons were separate, and both were comfortable and warm, so we slept well. We’d like to stay again on another trip to Kanazawa.
