UAN kanazawa

The staff made a stressful stay much easier when my wife had a medical emergency. We needed to extend our booking several times, and each request was handled quickly and with real empathy. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully laid out, and the housekeeping kept everything spotless without getting in the way. We also made good use of the self-service laundry. Hotel UAN has a welcoming, elegant lobby, and it’s an easy walk to the market, park, and main city sights. This was one of our best hotel stays, and I’d recommend it without hesitation.

Breakfast was amazing, and after a full day of sightseeing you can even get noodles at 9pm. The hotel has a modern take on traditional Japanese living, tucked on a quiet side street between the old castle and shrine and the high-end boutique shops. The ladies running it wear local dress, and the service was beyond what I expected.

The staff were ready to help with directions and recommendations, and they can’t be beat. It’s easy to walk to lots of sights from here. Our room had a great layout, with plenty of space, two sinks, comfortable beds, and lots of storage. Breakfast was filling and really tasty. A great choice in Kanazawa.

You can reach the main attractions and shopping in about a 15-minute walk. The room layout worked well, and the hotel is in a convenient spot. With so many food choices at nearby Omicho market, breakfast is easy to skip.
