A lovely little ryokan, old and small but with everything I needed. The garden overlooks the river and castle, and the service was friendly to foreign guests.

The owner and staff were so helpful and friendly, and the stay was just what I expected. This is a very old inn that's been operating since the Meiji era. The onsen was good, though not spectacular, and I was fine with that. One thing to know: finding food in town on Sunday night is difficult because no restaurants were open. There's a castle within walking distance, too. I'd definitely recommend staying at this historic inn. Thanks.

A beautiful traditional Japanese guesthouse run by wonderful people. It's a little pricey, but about standard for this kind of place and the traditional experience.

I spent a night here with my family on vacation. It was good value, and the female owner and staff were very friendly.

Friendly service at this beautiful traditional inn, with a really relaxing indoor and outdoor hot spring.
