Hotel K's Popolo - Adults Only

I've been to the Toyokawa Plant in the same chain several times, but this was my first time at this location. There are lots of parking spaces, though the gaps between cars felt a little narrow. Late at night, it seems you can't order fried food. The food was okay, with the curry being especially good, though some items may be hit or miss. The free breakfast was delicious. They offer various things to borrow for free and a welcome drink, which makes it a good place overall. For overnight stays outside Saturday, the second session lets you stay from 8 PM until 2 PM, so there's plenty of time to relax. I'll use this hotel again for an overnight stay when I'm in Kariya for business.

Hotel Popolo offers a short-term stay system and a rest area. While the parking lot is outdoors, guests park inside a dome tent, allowing guests to reach the front desk without getting wet. To select a room, press the button at the front desk and take the elevator to the floor of your selected room. A welcome drink is provided at the bar, with one complimentary drink per person. Rooms are simple, featuring a sofa, TV, bed, and separate toilet and bathroom. Amenities and basic appliances are provided, so you shouldn't have any problems. Each room is equipped with an electric handheld massager, so feel free to use it. Upon leaving, call the front desk at number 9 to have the key unlocked, and then pay in person at the exit front desk on the first floor. Credit cards are accepted, so please inform the receptionist when paying. My only impressions were that there were occasional signs of previous occupants, the lack of windows offering a view outside the rooms made it easy to lose track of time, and the three-dimensionally tilted parking lot made it difficult to enter. The hotel's functionality was fine.

At Cocoon in Kariya, I got a coupon for a 4030 yen deal, but when I went there they said it would be 4780 yen. They told me the coupon had been sent by mistake. Isn't that fraud? They could at least have honored the wrong price, but they said the owner wouldn't allow it, which I can't believe. Scam.

On weekends you may have to wait. The place is generally clean inside and has limited-time events, so I think it's worth the price. The food is usually good, though the soup and salad served with it can be a bit sloppy sometimes. The cheaper rooms don't include access to the jetted bathtub.
