I stayed two nights and liked getting a different breakfast each morning. It was healthy and filling, with fresh brewed coffee and tea too. One day there was lots of freshly made bread, and I took some away for dinner with local ham, pickles and spreads from a shop near the train station. The lodge is quiet and cozy, a nice break from city life. The rooms are large and tidy, with heated floors for winter. There are two very clean private baths made of special stone. The couple who run the place were lovely. The female owner was helpful and accommodating, and the male owner had such a friendly, outgoing manner that he could probably find a side job as a TV host or comedian 😁. Thank you both.

The hot tub was good, and breakfast comes with homemade fresh bread. But don’t miss dinner either, the pasta, carrot potage and peach gelato were soooo good. I’ll be back soon!

We stayed three nights and got a different breakfast each morning. The host was very friendly, and there’s a private hot spring available. We’d certainly like to come again.

The friendly couple made this a quiet, warm place to stay. The meals were homemade and yummy, so don’t miss dinner or breakfast. And enjoy the hot spring too!

The room was comfortable, the food delicious, and the family hot spring was great. Free bicycles were available, with one or two extra bikes possible for ages 8-12. It was an excellent visit.
