The interior, amenities, and bed were all nicely done, and the building felt spacious and luxurious. I wondered if it had once been a wedding venue that was renovated. Still, the toilet looked like it had been added afterward, and the shower pressure was weak, so I rated it harshly. I found the hotel through Happy Hotel, and there were lots of fun-looking rooms. I'd definitely like to stay again.

I've stayed here many times, and it's a shame that a nice hotel has a receptionist with such an unpleasant, overbearing attitude. The staff member seemed elderly, and I'm scared of older people. The display showed only one room, so I asked whether any others were available. I got a mocking, "No, we don't have any left." But when I asked for the most expensive room available, they changed their tune and finally said, "Welcome." They should hire younger people who can provide proper customer service.

Room 007's private pool was a real treat, and I was surprised by how luxurious the furnishings were. Other rooms had canopy beds and claw-foot baths too, giving the place a moving, out-of-the-ordinary feel. The prices were very reasonable, maybe because it's in Kashiwa. I'd love to come back for a special stay, on my own, with family, or with someone special. The pool is open until the end of September, so I hope to visit the family room again this season. I prefer Western-style hotels, though having the bathroom and toilet together in one room is a bit of a concern for me. It would also be handy if they offered more services.
