The rooms feel like small apartments, with a kitchen and microwave that make it easy to feel at home. There isn't room cleaning or other hotel service, though. Staff are kind, and they offer a basic breakfast of toast, coffee, and tea for free in the first-floor lobby to take back to your room. It's right by the railway, so it can be a little noisy.

I booked a four-person room with futons and a bedroom, and absolutely loved this hotel. There's a small breakfast buffet each day. The toilets and bathtubs were super clean, with soap and shampoo provided, and cleaning service was available every morning. It's right in front of the railway. Watching the trains at night is beautiful, and their sound every few minutes helps me fall asleep easily. I'd stay here again on another visit to Tokyo.

The location is very good if you're fine with subway train noise. For me and my wife, though, the noise was the biggest problem. We booked five days in a big room, then opened the door and found the railway right outside. Trains passed every 3-5 minutes and shook the room, so we couldn't sleep. I asked to move. The manager suggested earplugs, but I insisted. After two nights they moved us to a very small room without a refund, and it was still noisy through a thin, old single window with no sound blocking. We'd already paid, so we had no other choice. I hadn't seen any warning about the noise on the introduction pages before booking. After check-in, I noticed a paper in the elevator mentioning the noise and earplugs. Five days there was really hard. I'm sorry, but the hotel should state this clearly up front.

Great for families, with a handy location and helpful staff. It's a three-minute walk to the station and restaurants, and the Keisei line gets you to Tokyo station with just one train.
