Having a microwave, mini-kitchen with utensils, induction stove, TV, and fridge made the room easy to settle into. The laundry room is open around the clock and costs very little, and check-in and checkout were smooth with hardly any interaction. The place is close to the station, with 24-hour convenience stores across the block. The room does feel a bit old, though it’s clearly well maintained, and the stay was comfortable and convenient.

I woke up both mornings with several bed bug bites and had to see a doctor. The bed and sheets looked clean and had no smell, but that was still my experience. The A/C and heater were dirty, so I wouldn’t recommend this place as clean. It’s not like the other hotels from the same company. The location is convenient, and the rooms are small and cheap.

The attendant was polite, but our meal and parking reservations made on the website weren’t available when we checked in. That was the main downside. The location was okay, though the building seems old and is tucked away in a hidden spot.

There’s no department store right nearby, and the elevator is tucked inside the building. I visited a friend at tamagawa Flex Stay, where the rooms seemed a bit more spacious than at the Kawasaki Flex Stay where I actually stayed.

Restaurants and a supermarket are close by, and the inn is very near shin-maruko station, so getting around is easy. It’s also in a peaceful neighborhood. A very nice place.
