I was in town for a live event in Yokohama, then flying home from Haneda Airport. It was handy to have both JR and Keikyu stations nearby, along with convenience stores, restaurants, shopping and game centers. My room was quiet and roomy enough for one person. There was a small error with the check-out machine in the middle of the night. A staff member helped me right away, even though I speak very little Japanese, which was a big help with my morning flight to catch. Thank you very, very much. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

The bed was a little hard, and I woke up several times overnight, though the soundproofing was solid and kept outside or nearby noise from bothering me. The room itself is spacious, with a large flat-screen TV and an air purifier that also humidifies. There are lots of items available to borrow for free. It's about a five-minute walk from Kawasaki Station, right in front of Kawasaki City Hall. Malls, convenience stores, restaurants and the entertainment district are all around. Check-in is self-service and the service is average. A recommended option for the Kawasaki area.

The queen room had plenty of space, including in the bathroom. Complimentary things like skincare products and toothbrushes are available in the lobby, which is handy. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for the train station, shopping malls, high street and restaurants. I'd definitely stay again.

After a tiring 14-hour flight into Haneda, I found the hotel easily, even in the state I was in after that long haul in economy 😅. Staff were friendly and helpful, and my clean room had enough space for everything I needed. It was also convenient for connecting to the Shinkansen at shinagawa the next day 🚆.

The hotel has great amenities, and my stay was very clean and comfortable. But I've woken up with a headache every morning because the pillows are so hard, like sleeping on a brick.
