The staff were lovely and attentive, and went out of their way to help with a problem involving our aging mother. The building isn’t new, but we enjoyed staying there. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and spacious, with a lovely garden view through to the mountains. It’s convenient for town, and you can walk to the station, shops, and river. There’s also a pleasant uphill walk nearby with pretty views. A sign warns about bears. Part of me wanted to see one, but I was relieved I didn’t. Thank you very much.

The hotel is in a good spot, with convenience stores within walking distance and lots of shops on the main street. It’s an older building, but the rooms were quite okay. There’s a large car park, a microwave in the lobby, two washing machines, and one dryer.

The staff were wonderful, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Highly recommended if you need somewhere to stay in Northern Akita.

No complaints about the room or facilities. It’s a decent hotel, though 8000 yen without meals felt a bit too expensive.

It’s an older hotel in the heart of the Kazuno shopping district, but it’s clean and well maintained. The garden is beautiful, and you can enjoy breakfast while looking out over it.
