The location is good and there’s plenty of parking. The onsen isn’t open all the time since men and women use it at different times.

Breakfast was good, with the menu changing fairly often, and the dining area felt calm. My room was well serviced, although the bed was a little hard. The staff were attentive, and there’s a supermarket and a range of convenient shops nearby. The local train station is just a short walk away.

I spent four weeks here on a business trip and had a good stay. The public sky spa was great for unwinding in the evening, and I went nearly every day. My commute was easy without needing public transportation, and the nearby train station would have been convenient for going to Kumamoto or Aso mountain. The staff were very friendly. I’d definitely stay here again if I return for work.

The spa was beautiful, and I really wished I could’ve stayed longer. Delicious food, friendly staff, and the guy at the front desk spoke English pretty well. What a great experience 😁

I was here for nine nights for the BRM Kumamoto 2019 cycling event. The room was clean and a pretty good size. I could fit a 27-inch suitcase, two backpacks, and one bicycle, and there was a massage chair I could use freely at no extra charge. The staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond. I emailed several times in advance with specific requests and got instant, positive replies. Breakfast was so-so, but enough to fill me up. I’d have no hesitation about staying here again.
