The room was a bit smaller than we expected, but it was adequate. Breakfast had a great range of food, the facility was very clean, and the staff were very good. Public transportation was close by, and it was an easy walk to the station.
A good value place to stay while exploring the Chiba area. The rooms are on the small side, but clean and comfortable. There are amenities near the elevator and a convenience store right across the street. The parking lot is small, and I had trouble finding the overflow lot behind the building.
I had a memorable 11-day stay. Breakfast was nice, and everyone in the kitchen was kind, always smiling and accommodating. I'll choose this hotel again when I return to Kisarazu.
Everything was as described in the booking. I had booked a smoking room because it was the only one left, but when I asked to switch, they put me in a non-smoking room. I was happy with that.
I wasn't served at the front desk when I walked in without a reservation. I don't know if it was because I was a foreigner with a tattoo.
