The breakfast was good, especially the warm cheese omelette we enjoyed. The hotel is right inside the main arcade, which is a good location. I was initially given a smoking room, but changing to a non-smoking one was easy. The room itself was tiny and a bit humid.

Check-in was smooth and quick, and the morning buffet was better than average. I didn't have any issues with the staff. The room, including the bathroom, was somewhat small even by Japanese standards, though.

The staff were very polite and everything was clean. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny, but I'd definitely come back. I paid roughly 60 a night. It's a decent hotel in a strip mall type of area, very close to kokura station, kokura castle, and the Riverwalk mall.

The Wi-Fi didn't work during my stay. There was only one access point, and it was out of order for two days.

The price was reasonable, and it's well located for getting around. It wasn't that clean, though.
