My room was 309, right beside Kitamoto train station, but it was so well soundproofed that I could barely hear the trains. The room was roomy, and after a full day of walking I really appreciated having a bathtub to soak in. There’s also a free public bath with bath bombs, towels and bathrobes, plus a coin-operated laundry machine downstairs. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There are several restaurants nearby, two supermarkets closer to the housing estates, and quite a few convenience stores. The hotel is a bit far from central spots like Shinjuku, Shibuya and Asakusa, about an hour by train. Japan’s first train service starts at 5am. Very pleasant stay, thank you. 🤗👍

I’d have liked breakfast and bath hours to run until 9:30 am. The room was quieter than I expected, especially compared with another hotel I stayed at in Kitamoto where I needed earplugs. Laundry is the big drawback here. There are only two washing machines, and a cycle takes TWO HOURS, so washing clothes is almost impossible. If you don’t need to do laundry, I’d recommend this place.

Daily Yamasaki is right next door, handy when you want cup noodles or alcohol late at night. The hotel is two years old and sits directly in front of the train station. My room was clean and really spacious. You can pick up basics like cotton pads, teabags and disposable slippers in the lobby. Having to get them there can be a hassle, especially if you’re forgetful like me, but otherwise it’s a good hotel.

Shopping, food and a supermarket are across from the train station exit, and you can see the hotel from the platform. The room was comfortable, with good amenities, and the staff were friendly. They serve FREE Ramen 🍜 every night. Breakfast was good too, though it costs extra.

The hotel is right beside JR Kitamoto Station, served by the Tokyo-Ueno Line and the Shinjuku-Shonan Line. Shops around the station include drug stores, grocery stores and convenience stores, which makes the location excellent. The facility is new, the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Room size is about what you’d expect from a Japanese business hotel. I highly recommend it if you need a room in the central Saitama section.
