Really loved this place.

For the price range, I found the room really clean. The balcony is also an option for smokers, as long as you use a portable ashtray and dispose of it properly. That makes it a good setup for people who use e-cigarettes but don't like the smell in smoking rooms. Laundry was well covered too. There was a washing machine in the room, reasonably priced detergent at reception, drying racks and hangers, and a bathroom dryer.

It's handy to be just a five-minute drive from Aeon Mall, though parking is 1500 yen a day. The room was only average in cleanliness. There were stains on the bedding, the comforter had come out of its cover, and the laundry hangers were scattered around. It made sleeping unpleasant. Mr. Kinjo seems to have too many branches, and management generally feels subpar. I'd say two stars is more appropriate.
