The cleaning staff in the morning were really helpful, and they were flexible when we changed the number of people. The room was so clean I wished we'd had more time to relax in it during our trip.

The rooms and amenities were tidy, which made us feel comfortable. We brought four kids who hadn't started elementary school yet, and they could relax and have fun just like at home, making noise and jumping around. Bring your own food and drinks and you'll be set, since the kitchen has the seasonings and utensils you need.

We had enough cooking gear for a hot pot and gyoza party, and the heater kept us comfortable even though it was still in the single digits outside. It made for a fun graduation trip to wrap up student life! Sorry for changing the number of people during booking, and thanks for accommodating the change so quickly.

We'd barely gotten home before I wanted to write this! With six of us and a pet, finding a place had been hard, so I was glad we found this one. The outside caught me off guard a little, but inside it's been renovated and was really clean. I worried there might be a pet smell, but there wasn't any at all. The free washing machine was a big help, and they even supplied detergent. We stayed two nights, and being able to do laundry made getting home much easier. There were lots of amenities, too. It was cold, but the bedroom heater worked well. The living room table is big and looks like a fun place to cook. The soundproofing isn't great, so we tried not to be noisy. Still, after playing all day we were tired and fell asleep quickly, so it wasn't an issue for us. There's a big bridge nearby, and the kids were thrilled to get up early and walk the dog together as a family. It was pet-friendly and only 22,000 yen a day, which seemed incredibly cheap. I first thought one night would be enough, but next time I'd like to stay longer and try local food. There weren't many restaurants close by, though. The phone service was different from what you'd get at a hotel, but they were very polite and left a great impression. Thank you!
