I stayed here in December 2025 for my first anniversary, and it became such a special memory. I emailed to ask if the hotel could print a letter for my partner and leave it in the room. They did, on really cute paper, and added some delicious cookies too. Breakfast was super good, and the laundry room came in handy when I got a nasty food stain on my clothes. Sannomiya station is about a five-minute walk away, and the Chinese district is close enough that we didn't need public transport. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in Kobe.

We booked through Booking.com without realizing what a great hotel it was going to be. The room had plenty of space, and I loved being able to open the windows for fresh air. It was well serviced and had great amenities. Definitely recommend it.

I stayed here on Jan 29, 2026. The service and breakfast were very good, and I still remember the lovely scent in the lobby. What fragrance do you use?

The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are great, and the staff are friendly. The location was great too. My only complaint is the pillows, which were uncomfortable and left us sleeping pretty poorly.

It's close to the main street, but the hotel itself stays very quiet. The location is excellent and the front desk staff made us feel welcome. The only small drawback was that our room lighting was a bit dim.
