Parking was 900 yen a day, with no come-and-go privileges. The room was clean, comfortable, and roomy by Japanese city hotel standards. Breakfast was good, with both Western and Japanese choices on the buffet. The breakfast area is a bit small, but you can take a tray to your room. It’s right next to the Harimaya shopping district, so there are plenty of places to shop and eat. I’d definitely stay again.

The room was small, but I only needed somewhere to sleep and it had everything I needed. The hotel is close to lots of Yosakoi Festival venues, and the staff were super nice at check-in. You can pick up toiletries in the lobby, and there’s a convenience store attached on the first floor. I love that hotels in Japan now offer a phone for guests to use. I live in Japan and didn’t need one, but it seems wonderful for visitors from other countries. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent, close to the trolley station, next to a historical spot, and with a large shopping area behind the hotel. It suited my business trip well. A standard room with two beds cost about 10000JPY, which felt inexpensive. The hotel owns a toll parking tower that costs 900JPY per night. The decor is business style, and everything was clean and well set up. The staff were friendly and always smiling. After I checked out, they let me extend my parking by an hour so I could grab a quick bite. The facilities were good enough for a business trip. Highly recommended for business travelers!

My wife and I checked in on March 27, 2023, and parked in the hotel's car park for Y900 per night. The room was fine for tourists, and the hotel is strategically located. We found our stay to be great value for money.

The Japanese breakfast buffet had a good selection. JR Kochi Station is a bit far away, but the hotel is near the markets, and we enjoyed getting around the city by tram.
