The room was spacious and nicely equipped, and the staff were really friendly during our one-night stay. Dinner and breakfast were a bit awkward, though, because the restaurant seemed crowded and our group had to share the space with another group. Also, with check-in at 3 pm, a 10 am checkout felt a little early.

I had a really enjoyable stay here with my family. The staff were kind, the room was good, and the onsen was lovely. Breakfast was Japanese style, too. A very nice hot spring hotel.

This was the last stop of our New Year trip, and after the terrible place we stayed the night before, the hospitality here was a relief. It was good enough that I'd recommend it to other people. The room was properly equipped and a good size, with nothing to complain about. The building might be a little over ten years old. There were only ten rooms, so it stayed quiet, which suited me since I don't like crowds. I also appreciated that there weren't any foreign workers around, which feels unusual these days. This was my first visit.
