The service doesn’t justify the price, and the rooms aren’t especially spacious. There’s no open-air bath either. During cleaning, there was a woman chatting loudly in the back, and she came across as harsh, even though she greeted me normally. The place seems empty at any time, which is why I’m giving it two stars, but somehow there are lots of rooms marked occupied. I don’t recommend it. The foreign cleaning staff in central Tokyo are much better. They should take a look at the whole place and improve things.
The woman working behind the scenes had awful manners and spoke rudely. She was in her 50s and wore glasses. I can’t understand why she chose customer service work.
I’ve never stayed in a cleaner love hotel. The room was roomy enough and spotless, and the female staff member was friendly and professional. The payment setup is automated: choose a room on the panel by the front desk, touch it, confirm, and a receipt comes out. There’s no room key, and the door opens normally when you get there. I didn’t go out, but it seemed like leaving might not be possible because you pay afterward, so it’s probably best to pick up something at a convenience store on the way or order from the hotel menu. I was staying there to renew my driver’s license. With a 1000 yen coupon from Happy Hotel, the lowest-grade room cost 4980 yen from 10 PM to 2 PM. Clean and reasonably spacious, so I recommend it.
The receptionist’s service was poor, and the amount I was charged didn’t match what I’d been told over the phone.
