The tram access was useful for getting to local attractions, though the hotel is far from most places apart from the park. The stay itself was disappointing. There were piles of towels and sheets across the entrance and first-floor lobby when we arrived, which looked really unprofessional. We had booked a non-smoking room but were put in a smoking one. The whole floor smelled of cigarettes, and the room was even worse. The air filter didn't work, and switching on the air conditioning made the smell stronger. The room was also dirty, with dust on the window sills, windows, and curtains. We couldn't stay the night and left the same day we checked in. We weren't refunded for the second night, and management hasn't replied to our emails. Staff spoke very little English. I don't expect fluency, but basic communication would have made things easier.

The staff were kind and the location was more than good. The room was pretty small, especially the bathroom for a 5’10”, 165lb man. If you don't smoke, make sure you ask for a non-smoking room. Apart from that, it was a fine business hotel.

The hotel is older, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. It's by Suizenji Park, with a tram right outside. The staff were welcoming and spoke English, and the free coffee was great.

A dirty, uncomfortable, sad little place for a ridiculous 140000 yen, about 130 dollars, on a Saturday, for what they call a double room. The breakfast was the worst I've had in all Japan. Please avoid it.
