The traditional Japanese interior and authentic Japanese breakfast were highlights of this lovely homestay. We also got to take part in a real tea ceremony. Thanks, Hiromi and stand, for such a lovely stay. We enjoyed every second.

The tea ceremony and breakfast were the best parts of our two nights at Koto Tea House. It was also easy to get into the city from this convenient location. Our bedroom was spacious and clean, and the hosts were lovely and open. Thanks again for such a beautiful stay in Kumamoto!

I had a clean single room and found the service very friendly. Being able to take part in a tea ceremony also gave me a chance to learn about traditional Japanese culture. I'd recommend staying here if you're looking for an authentic Japanese experience.

I had a really comfortable stay in a beautiful interior. The Japanese garden and tea room were lovely, and talking with so many people from other countries made the experience meaningful and gave me a great memory. Thank you so much! ✨

The breakfast was wonderful, and the apartment was clean and lovely. The hosts were very friendly, and their dog Tina loves to play. Highly recommended. The breakfast was really good, too, and Tina loves playing. Such a lovely, clean apartment with kind hosts. I'd recommend it.
