The room was clean, attractive, and comfortable enough for two people with luggage. The location was good, and the building itself is lovely. Not having a bathtub didn't bother us as Taiwanese guests, and the rainfall showerhead was great. Most of all, I'm grateful to all the staff for helping us so much. If we get back to Kumamoto, we'd definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you very much！ Hope you're all well!

I slept really well here, and the room was pristine with great amenities. The size was fair, and as a solo traveller I had four pillows all to myself. There are free lockers up front, daily welcome drinks, and the location is great. It's hard to beat, though there's no spa.

The bright entrance light is a really silly design. It only switches off after nobody passes the entrance for 2-3 minutes, and it seriously disrupted our sleep. The room is so small that if one person uses the toilet at night, the light wakes the other person. I doubt I'm the only one who finds it annoying. A foot light would be much better. At least the hotel is next to a big shopping mall, and the Wi-Fi is fast.

The location is perfect, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms stay quiet even with hundreds of guests. The only real downside is the elevator crowds. In the evening you might wait 10 minutes to get one.

The hotel looks modern and hip, and the rooms are okay, though mine was a little dirty. I came in with high expectations, and with better reception service it could really be 5/5. Instead, one receptionist made this some of the worst service I've had in Japan. There was a lot of attitude, rude facial expressions, and comments. Her last name started with K. Kim, maybe? I'm not sure of her name. It's a shame that such a nice hotel is represented by people who aren't so nice. I won't come back because of that receptionist.
